APAC Webinar: Best Practices for Rapid Reference-Quality Genome Assembly

In partnership with PacBio and Microsoft, the SMRT APAC Grant powered by DNAnexus, will grant free reference-quality assembly services on PacBio SMRT Sequencing data for the most unique plant or animal genome and its direct contribution to the scientific community.

To enter, submit a 250-word proposal including a short description of your particular plant or animal genome, (up to 1.5 Gbp in size), and how its sequencing and de novo assembly would benefit the larger scientific community. The deadline for submission is 30th of September at 5:00pm CST, and the winner will be announced the week of October 8th.
